How much is postage?
Postage in the UK is FREE. Postage to Europe is £4.95 per order (number of items ordered does not matter). Postage to the rest of the world is £8.95 per order (number of items does not matter). Parcels are shipped using a courier service. Postage will be added to your order once you have filled in your delivery details. We do not use fancy boxes for our ceramics but try to keep postage costs low by recycling all we can find. Therefore your chosen ceramic piece could arrive packed in a shoe box or a box from Czech beer (less the beer)!

When will I get my items?
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days and they usually take between 3-5 working days to arrive in the UK. For orders outside the UK please allow plenty of time. Orders to Europe should arrive within 10 days of ordering. Orders to the rest of the world should arrive within 14 days of ordering. If they don’t, contact us and we will check on the order.
What if my items do not arrive or arrive damaged?
If there is a problem with your order, let us know as soon as possible so that we can quickly resolve it. We take utmost care to pack our ceramics as safely as we think is possible but if they do arrive to you damaged, email or phone us immediately or within 7 days of receiving your order at the latest (details are on our contact page). If your items do get damaged in transit, Purrfect Ceramics will accept full responsibility and will replace the items free of charge, if available in stock, or offer a full refund (including return postage charges).
What if I change my mind about the item after I receive it?
If you change your mind about the items after you have bought them, you can legally ask for a refund without stating a reason. However, you must do so within 7 days of receiving your goods. You will have to pay return postage and you will be responsible for making sure that the items are adequately packed for the return journey to us. We will refund your money within 30 days of us receiving the goods. We do hope that this will never be the case, of course, and that you will always be satisfied with your purchases from Purrfect Ceramics.
